MarinEx accepts payment via credit cards through the Paypal System only.

For Singapore Orders, we will process once payment received. We will ship order item(s) within 5 working days. We do our best to minimize delivery time. There may be delay in shipments sometimes. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
For international orders, lead time vary between 5 and 12 working days.

For local normal mail services, delivery is free.
Package will be dropped into mailbox or delivered to your doorstep for bulky order. Please take note MarinEx is not responsible for any lost packages using normal mail services.
For local (Singapore) courier service, it will be free for single order above SGD50/-

Yes, MarinEx offers International shipment. We will inform customers the shipping costs. If customers agree with the costs, they must confirm via emails.

Yes, you can collect goods at our office at 2 Alexandra Road #02-08 Delta House Singapore 159919, Mon to Fri, 9.00 am to 6.30 pm.

Our customer service representatives cannot accept your order through phone. However, we can give you instructions on how to place your order.

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation with order summary via email.

You may change or cancel order via email before MarinEx processes the order within 2 working days from date of order. After which, a cancellation charge of $10.00 (GST included) will be imposed for each order cancelled.

Items purchased via MarinEx will be refunded or changed at our discretion on case to case basis.

Discrepancies will be dealt in the following manner:

  • If any product proves to have been delivered in a damaged or defective condition or wrong items delivered, exchange of products or refund will be offset in the next order placed.
  • If additional or wrong or damaged products are delivered, MarinEx reserves the rights to collect the products from customer. If items are wrongly or short delivered by mistake, MarinEx reserves the rights to refund difference or supply the correct or short delivered item upon customer’s future order.
  • For damaged items, MarinEx reserves the rights to request for photo evidence.
